Columbia CUSD 4 realized that the bonds for the Middle School Project were expiring. This allowed us to make renovations without increasing the tax burden. The file "Columbia Communication Plan" goes into more detail about this decision and the upgrades. In addition, the file "Dropoff_Pickup Plan" explains how we will function during renovations.
