The Unit No. 4 Board of Education regular meeting dates for 2023‑2024 are hereby established as follows:

Further, the Board gives notice that all regular Board meetings will begin at 7:00 P.M. and will be held at the District Office in the conference room, except when the number of visitors and guests necessitate the use of a larger location, in which case appropriate signs will be posted at the school entrance. Appropriate notice will be given for all special meetings, and visitors and guests are welcome to attend all regular and special meetings of the Board.

Copies of the agenda will be available for visitors and guests at the meetings and will be posted in all school buildings. At each regular and special open meeting, the members of the public and District employees may comment on or ask questions of the Board, subject to reasonable constraints. Individuals wishing to appear before the Board should submit a written request to the Superintendent at least 48 hours prior to the board meeting that includes a brief description of the topic to be addressed. Ordinarily, such comments shall be limited to 3 minutes.
