The District will allow individuals from the public to be physically present during the Board meeting, during which time they will be afforded an opportunity to make public comments at the designated time on the Agenda. All speakers during public comment are asked to limit their comments to three minutes.

The District will live stream the meeting on the District’s YouTube channel located at http://youtube.com/c/KCHS4. If we are unable to stream a live video of the meeting, an audio recording of the meeting will be posted as a podcast as soon as possible following the meeting.

The Board President may call for a break in the meeting as necessary in order for the Board to go into closed session.
